Design Engineer
As a Design Engineer you’ll design capital equipment to meet customer needs and model and test designs, checking that they meet standard requirements. You’ll also undertake continual R&D to ensure that we are on the cusp of new technology, while providing technical advice and support to sales and production personnel. Experience the practical aspect of being on site at mines, giving advice to clients on equipment performance and optimisation while participating in responses to quotes and tenders.

Process Engineer & Product Specialist
This hands on role will require you to provide advice to clients to optimise plant design and ensure appropriate capacity requirements are met for mineral processing activities - suggesting processes plus specifying and recommending equipment to meet their needs.  You’ll also provide technical advice and support to sales and production personnel and respond to tenders and quotes.

Production / Project Manager
This role involves the production of orders - receiving design and delivery requirements, planning and coordinating the construction of capital equipment and the production of consumable items. You’ll produce, oversee and monitor production plans using ERP and other planning systems. A dynamic role, you’ll interact with design and production staff and suppliers and engage in some customer contact to support sales staff.

Design Drafts Person
From initial conceptual designs you’ll undertake detailed drafting of the range of Ludowici equipment and consumable products using Solidworks and other drafting programs.

Sales Engineer
Based either in our Corporate or Branch Offices you’ll build ongoing relationships with our extensive blue chip clients, promoting and securing orders for capital equipment, consumable products and providing on going service support. You’ll have a love of customer service - accessing information, support and advice from our technical and product specialists to convey to clients.

Service Technician
This diverse role will have you working on a number of projects, operating on mine sites or from our Branch workshops servicing the range of Ludowici equipment including Vibrating Screens, Centrifuges, RFC’s, SPD’s.  You’ll also undertake installations, shutdowns and reconditioning of equipment.
